How to Place an Order?

• STEP 3: Click on the “Check Out” button.

• STEP 4: Enter your shipping details by filling in all the required fields.

• STEP 5: Click on the “Place Order” button. Taadaa! Your order has been placed.

How Long Does It Take to Receive My Order?

While we try to get your product to you as quickly as possible, all online orders usually take 24–72 hours to arrive.

In extremely rare cases, such as when we specially import a product for you, delivery may take up to 5 working days.

What Is Your Return & Exchange Policy?

Yes, we do offer returns and exchanges!

If, by any chance, the product you receive is not up to your expectations, simply call or WhatsApp us and let us know within 7/14 days of receiving the product, depending on the product category and applicable checking/return policy.

Once we receive your claim, you will need to send the product back to us through a courier of your choice at your own expense. After inspection and approval of the claim, we will exchange the product for an agreed replacement, subject to availability and our applicable Return & Exchange Policy.
